Change of mind

If you change your mind that’s fine. We are happy to accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received them, providing that we receive your return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

Damaged items

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving them in the mail. We may offer either a full refund or replacement.

To return a product, please contact us at hello@pikkant.com.au and let us know that you would like to arrange a product return. We will let you know the best address to send the products to.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note, all returns must be authorised by us, please do not send goods back without receiving instructions from us first.

Refunds

If applicable, you will get a full refund for items you received that were incorrect, damaged, or missing.

Please note, we do not refund the original postage fees for change of mind items and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in these cases.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Once the refund has been processed, it can take 2 – 10 business days to appear in your statement. The money will be refunded to your original method of payment.
