Go to ‘My Account‘ > ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘View’ active subscription > under Subscription totals click ‘change subscription’ > choose your new flavour combination > click ‘subscribe now’ > go trough checkout process again (you won’t be charged).

Please get in touch with us via the contact form or at hello@pikkant.com.au, so we can make the change for you as this can’t be done from your ‘My Account‘ page.

Go to ‘My Account‘ > ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘View’ active subscription >  click button ‘pause’.

Please be aware that inactive subscriptions for more than 3 cycles will be cancelled automatically.

Go to ‘My Account‘ > ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘View’ active subscription >  click button ‘Cancel’.

Please note, after cancelling your subscription you have 24 hours to reactivate your subscription. If you don’t reactivate your subscription, it will be cancelled and you will need to re-subscribe.
